- Awareness & Education: We break down complex banking policies like Disciplinary Action Cases (DAC), Staff Accountability, Staff Welfare, and compliance rules in a way that every banker can understand. We also provide insights into credit, deposits, lending, and risk management—the knowledge that bankers need but often don’t get from official sources.
- Unmasking the Truth: Bankpediaa sheds light on the hidden struggles of bankers, from toxic work cultures to unrealistic targets, staff exploitation, and unfair accountability fixation. If the system can hold bankers accountable, then it’s time for bankers to be aware and prepared.
- Building a Strong Banker Community: We aim to create a support system where bankers can find guidance, share their experiences, and protect themselves against unfair policies and work pressure.

Since many of you are already in banking jobs, revealing your identity can be risky. That’s why, if selected:
✅ Your real identity will not be disclosed due to policies and regulations applicable to you.
✅ You will be given a pen name/pseudonym to work undercover with Bankpediaa.
✅ Your contributions will remain confidential, but your impact will be massive.
