InTiCa Systems SE: Bernhard Griesbeck is leaving the Board of Directors

Passau, July 7, 2025 – InTiCa Systems SE (Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005874846, ticker IS7) hereby announces that Mr. Bernhard Griesbeck has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors with effect from July 3, 2025. Until a decision is taken on a successor, Mr. Griesbeck’s tasks will be taken on internally by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Gregor Wasle, and the entire management team.

In his capacity as a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Griesbeck’s principal areas of responsibility were sales, logistics and quality management. As part of the team, he drove forward the expansion of the business areas and the optimization of logistics and quality processes. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Griesbeck for his successful service and good collaboration and wishes him all the best.
