Diversified Energy Announces Timing of Second Quarter Results
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC, NYSE:DEC) (“Diversified” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company plans to publish its Results for the Second Quarter and six months ended June 30, 2025 (the “Interim Results”) on Monday, August 11, 2025. The Company will host a conference call that day at 1:00 PM BST (8:00 AM EDT) to discuss the Results and will make an audio replay of the event available shortly thereafter.
