Wednesday season 2 opening scene revealed
Who said nightmares donât come true? Those are among the first words uttered by Jenna Ortegaâs Wednesday Adams in the first six minutes of season 2 of the Tim Burton show, which sees our titular character tied up in a serial killerâs basement.
While the opening scene was revealed to fans on stage, it was Lady Gagaâs performance that unsurprisingly stole the show as it confirmed rumors that the singer is set to join the cast in the showâs sophomore outing.
Stranger Things season 5 three-part release schedule confirmed
Stranger Things actors Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapps and Caleb McLaughlin have finally joined the party to bring us our first official update about the final season of the show. Following some behind-the-scenes clips from their time filming the series, Millie Bobby Brown tuned in from the âvoidâ to tell us about her favorite memory from the making of the show.
Before the cast left the stage they gave us one more tape and itâs arguably the most exciting from the evening so far as it gave us a highlight reel of some of the showâs most memorable moments as well as a very brief sneak peek of whatâs to come in season 5.
At the end of the clip, Netflix announced the release schedule for the show, confirming rumors that it will be released in three parts. The first will be release on November 26, followed by the second part on December 25 and the finale on December 31. Christmas couldnât come soon enough.
The official trailer for Happy Gilmore 2 is out
The full trailer for Adam Sandlerâs golfer comedy sequel has been revealed and itâs got us tapping out feet to the hit 70s song âMagicâ by Pilot.
Sandler will return alongside Julie Bowen, Ben Stiller and Christopher McDonald to reprise their roles, but weâll also meet new cast members, including Benito Antonio MartĂnez Ocasio (aka Bad Bunny), daughters Sadie and Sunny Sandler, and Blake Clark.
Happy Gilmore 2 will stream on Netflix on July 25, 2025.
Guillermo Del Toro reveals the first trailer for Frankenstein
We just got our first look at the long-awaited adaptation of the literary classic Frankenstein from acclaimed director Guillermo Del Toro and if youâre as big of a fan of Oscar Isaac as I am then youâre in for a treat.
This looks like it will absolutely be a smash hit when it arrives and while we still donât have confirmation about when that will be, itâs slated for a November release.
Netflixâs new crime thriller The Rip has a premiere date

The new crime thriller The Rip looks like it will be a gripping watch going by the brief teaser clip that was just shown. Unfortunately, Netflix hasnât published the video online but we do have the above image of the movieâs leading cast members Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
The pair will star alongside Steven Yeun, Kyle Chandler, Teyana Taylor, Catalina Sandino Moreno and Sasha Call in the new movie from writer-director Joe Carnahan. We can expect to stream The Rip next year on January 16, 2026.
One Piece season 2 has a new cast member
Netflixâs live-action adaptation of one of the best anime shows, One Piece, is returning with season 2 in 2026 and to build up the excitement the cast of the series has stepped on stage to announce who will be joining the crew.
The fan-favorite character Tony Tony Chopper will be played by none other then actor Mikaela Hoover, who will also perform the facial capture for the adorable human reindeer thatâs known as the doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates.
Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery gets a release date
Rian Johnson and Daniel Craig are now in the spotlight (and not just because they have t-shirt guns) with a brief preview of the next chapter of the hit mystery drama Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery to announce the movieâs release date.
The film will stream on Netflix on December 12. It has another all-star cast that includes the aforementioned Craig along with Josh OâConnor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack and Thomas Haden Church.
Squid Game season 3 trailer unveiled
Squid Game has opened the show with player 456, aka Seong Gi-hun (whoâs played by Lee Jung-jae), along with other cast members to unveil the official trailer for the third and final season of the show.
While the two-minute trailer gives us a glimpse at the exciting final chapter, it still leaves plenty of questions around whether player 456 will be able to a stop to the games for good. Indeed, as Jung-jae puts it: âWill the boy doll Cheol-su be nice?â â weâre not counting on it.
Squid Game season 3 will return to Netflix on June 27.
Netflix Tudum 2025 is officially live!

Here we go! Weâre on stage with Netflix darling Sofia Carson, from My Oxford Year and The Life List, who is hosting this eveningâs event. Itâs the first time that Tudum is being live streamed on the platform itself, so itâs great to see that such a large crowd still turned out.
